We’re looking for a proactive Production Team Leader to join our clients growing manufacturing team, supporting operations across their site.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key role within a fast-paced, automated production environment.
As a Production Team Leader, you will:
- 
	Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities of production operatives to meet output targets and quality standards 
- 
	Carry out real-time equipment problem-solving and root cause analysis, escalating issues where necessary 
- 
	Train and coach team members to operate machinery safely and efficiently, providing regular feedback and support 
- 
	Complete and maintain accurate production documentation, including logbooks, cleaning records and risk assessments 
- 
	Champion Current Good Manufacturing Practice and 5S visual management standards across your area 
- 
	Identify and deliver Lean Six Sigma improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce waste 
- 
	Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability 
- 
	Provide cover for other production areas as required 
What we’re looking for:
- 
	Proven experience leading teams in a manufacturing or automated production environment 
- 
	Strong machine operation and fault-finding skills 
- 
	Excellent communication and people management abilities 
- 
	A proactive, hands-on approach with a calm, problem-solving mindset 
- 
	Comfortable using ERP systems and confident with IT 
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 07.30-16:00
