Contract & Hours: Full time, Permanent (45 hours per week)

We are now recruiting for a Timber Frame Panel Maker to craft and assemble softwood timber panels to exacting standards.
You will work hands-on with quality materials, interpreting technical drawings and contributing to the production of bespoke structures built to last.
As our Timber Frame Panel Maker you will be responsible for:
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Selecting, preparing, cutting, shaping and assembling softwood components
- Using hand and power tools with accuracy and care
- Working collaboratively with other team members
- Maintaining a tidy, safe working environment and follow all safety procedures
- Remaining flexible within a fast-paced production setting
In order to be successful in this role you should have:
- Experience as a Timber Framer or similar role (preferred)
- Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and materials
- Confident using hand and power tools
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Physically fit with good manual handling ability
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated and committed to producing high-quality work
