Burleigh Court Hotel is a 4 star boutique country house with a 2 Rosette restaurant, wood fired al fresco dining, and a kitchen garden that feeds our menus. We’re building a new brigade under Head Chef Duncan Wales, and we’re looking for a Chef de Partie who brings energy, enthusiasm, and curiosity above all else.

  • Reliability, team spirit, and willingness to muck in
