Location: Depots are Stroudwater and Bamfurlong

Working Hours: Start Time - 7:30am (Mon - Fri)

Pay Rate: £16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Skilled Highways Operative required for Temp to Perm placements on Gloucestershire Highways. Depots are Stroudwater and Bamfurlong.
• Candidates require valid NRSWA Streetworks ticket and HGV driving licence.
• Must have experience in highways sector.

Key Skills

• To carry out a wide range of routine or cyclical works and operations. Deputise for Chargehand as and when required. Able to run a 2-person crew on specific jobs and ensure work is carried out to specification. Manage safety of the team and complete all necessary reporting, paper or electronic. Where required, to respond to emergencies and call outs during or out of hours, and assist with winter maintenance.
