We're looking for a highly organised Governance Administrator to provide vital support to a busy corporate services team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on attention to detail, can juggle competing deadlines, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where confidentiality and accuracy are key.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for governance and compliance activities
  • Coordinate board and committee meetings, including preparing agendas, papers, and taking accurate minutes
  • Maintain records, registers, and documentation in line with regulatory requirements
  • Support internal audit processes and risk management reporting
  • Assist with policy updates, document control, and assurance frameworks

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven administrative experience, ideally in governance, compliance, or corporate services
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and handling sensitive information
  • Good IT skills, including MS Office and document management systems
