Job Overview

This really is a fantastic position for the right person and one not to be missed. I'm seeking someone who has strong customer service experinece, a consultative sales approach a basic understanding of social media, a real people person and of course a sense of style and fashion! You will be provising customer service via phone and email, making consultative sales, updating company social media platroms with content and giving people an experinece within fashion they won't forget. This is a varied and rewarding role and one of a kind where someone can really make it their own.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer enquiries via phone and email

  • Support face-to-face sales in the showroom and at external events

  • Oversee after-sales support with care and professionalism

  • Create and edit engaging content

  • Maintain stock systems and process orders

  • Organise client appointments and showroom visits

  • Represent the brand at trade shows and events
