Job Purpose

Working within the contracts team co-ordinating assigned projects to provide an interface between external customers and LB Bentley. Supporting the contract manager on a day to day basis to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.     

Key Accountabilities

  • Liaise with customer and/or customer representative regarding assigned orders.
  • Liaise & coordinate with all internal LBB departments regarding assigned orders.
  • Provide assistance with the creation of project plans for communication and control throughout project.
  • Ensure timely order status reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with monitoring project actual costs against estimates or budgets.
  • Maintain project admin, registers and files
  • Provide input for proposals, order variations, clarifications & change requests.
  • Identify and support process and system improvements including status reporting.
  • Co-ordinate and participate with customer visits to LB Bentley & visits to customers own facilities.
  • Support customer complaints, returns & aftermarket functions.
  • Assist with OTD & month end reporting.
