What will you do?
- Manage the food and beverage service in the restaurant, heading up a team of 25
- Ensure team members maximize all sales opportunities
- Help the team consistently maintain brand standards and high levels of customer service
- Handle all guest inquiries in an appropriate and professional manner
- Manage team member schedules, stock, and wastage levels
What you will have?
- Previous experience in pubs or restaurant
- Experience in supervising a team
- Ability to demonstrate delegation skills
- Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations
