We are seeking an experienced Secretary or PA with a background in the property sector to join a highly professional and supportive team based in Cheltenham. This is an ideal opportunity for someone from an estate agency, surveying, or property management background who enjoys working in a fast-paced, organised environment and supporting senior professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality PA and secretarial support to a team of busy professionals.
  • Manage diaries, appointments, and correspondence (letters, emails, and online forms).
  • Liaise with clients, agents, and third parties, handling communications professionally.
  • Maintain and organise paper and electronic files in line with company procedures.
  • Prepare documents, contracts, forms, and reports to a high standard.
  • Process financial transactions, draft invoices, and assist with documentation where needed.
  • Coordinate internal and client meetings, including scheduling and logistics.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong PA/Secretarial experience within the property, real estate, surveying, or construction sectors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Professional, approachable, and confident liaising with clients and colleagues.
  • A proactive team player who can work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
