BMR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Fitter to work for our client who are an engineering/manufacturing company in Storud.

Key Skills: Machine Build / Electro-mechanical / Mechanical / Assembly / Hydraulic / Pneumatic/ Mechanical fitting/ Mechanical Build

Responsibilities:

• Assemble parts to the required specification
• Working to engineering drawings to build mechanical Sub-assemblies
• Mechanical Build and fitting
• Precision Pipe bending (company happy to train)
• Pipe fitting

Working in a team of mechanical fitters to meet build targets

Knowledge and Skills:

• Hydraulic or Pneumatic assembly experience
• Ability to understand mechanical design assembly
• Previous mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience of assembling large, fabricated parts to engineering drawings
• Good dexterity with the ability to handle a variety of parts including sheet metal, machined and electrical components
• Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
