The business has been providing legal services to the people of Gloucestershire for over 260 years. They specialise in a vast range of personal and commercial law. Role Overview:The Commercial property work is targeted as a key growth area and you must have the ability to deal with a broad range of clients. This is an excellent opportunity to gain skills and experience and have a hand in the development of a long-established, forward-thinking, and expanding firm. Commercially aware and willing to really put the client first. This role will also involve active participation in the firm’s marketing, article drafting, PR, business development, social media and networking activities as appropriate.Requirements:
  • Circa 3 years PQE
  • Proven background in all aspects of commercial property law including buying, selling and leasing
  • Demonstrate ability to advise clients on all aspects of commercial property, handling a broad range of commercial agreements including technically demanding documents
  • Good working knowledge of property and landlord and tenant law
  • Proven track record of building and developing strong client relationships
  • Enthusiastic and have an excellent balance between technical ability and commercial awareness
  • Ambitious and dynamic with excellent communication skills.
