- Circa 3 years PQE
- Proven background in all aspects of commercial property law including buying, selling and leasing
- Demonstrate ability to advise clients on all aspects of commercial property, handling a broad range of commercial agreements including technically demanding documents
- Good working knowledge of property and landlord and tenant law
- Proven track record of building and developing strong client relationships
- Enthusiastic and have an excellent balance between technical ability and commercial awareness
- Ambitious and dynamic with excellent communication skills.
