Family Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive – Gloucestershire law firmÂ
Join a well-established Gloucestershire law firm in its successful family department as a Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.Â
About the role:
- Manage a caseload of family law matters: divorce, finances, TOLATA, children’s matters, pre/post nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreement and separation agreements
- Attend court
- Have strong client relationship skills to ensure high-quality service
- Be prepared to be involved in the marketing and promotion of the family department
Your experience:
- Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in family law
- Resolution member or similar accreditation is desirable
