- Monthly Tool Allowance – £70 for full attendance

- Carry out sub-assembly fitting and final assembly of products to exacting standards.
- Assemble mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic components.
- Build fabricated assemblies from scratch using skills such as marking out, cutting, folding, pipe bending, weld joint prep, and hydraulic/pneumatic runs.
- Work from detailed manufacturing and assembly drawings.
- Perform quality checks to ensure alignment, accuracy, and finish.
- Follow all Health & Safety policies and take responsibility for your own and others’ safety.
- Support other production activities as required.
- Engineering background with proven experience in a hands-on fitting/assembly role.
- Confident in interpreting technical drawings and instructions.
- Skilled in using hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a team-focused attitude.
- Problem-solving mindset and practical technical knowledge.
- Experience in vehicle fabrication/fitting an advantage.
- Familiarity with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical circuits desirable.
- Background in Aviation, Military, Marine, or similar industries beneficial.
