Position: Electrical Fitter

Location: Nailsworth 

Salary: £35000 plus £3000 bonus (OTE circa £50000)

Working hours: 7:30 till 4:30 Monday to Friday and 7:30 to 02:00 pm on Fridays

Benefits: pension, up to 31 days of holidays per annum, overtimes paid at time and a half rate (max overtimes allowed per week is 16 hours), free parking, £70.00 paid monthly to buy tools

We are now seeking to recruit Electrical Fitter to work for a busy manufacturing company based in Nailsworth. The appropriate Electrical fitter would be responsible for Wiring up electrical control panels to drawings and schematics

Responsibilities of electrical fitter:

  • Assembling control Panels and wiring to specific wiring schematics.
  • Read technical engineering drawings
  • Assemble electrical wiring looms to drawings.
  • Use electrical measuring equipment where necessary.

Requirements: 

  • Ability to follow circuit diagrams and wiring schematics
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • Ability to wire in associated instrumentation
  • Previous experience in electrical fitting / panel wiring
  • will ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
