Our client is a nationally recognised, award-winning conveyancing law firm known for its outstanding client service and legal expertise. As the firm continues to grow, they're looking for a talented and motivated Residential Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
  • Provide technical legal guidance and support to transactional teams
  • Ensure compliance with SRA regulations and industry standards
  • Liaise with clients, introducers, and stakeholders to deliver a high standard of service
  • Supervise junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing
  • Identify and resolve complex legal issues efficiently and effectively

Experience required:

  • 2-3 years PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Strong experience with sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold, new builds, deeds of variation, matrimonial transfers, SDLT, and unregistered titles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently
