Temporary Accounts Assistant
Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire
Hours:37.5 per week (full-time) or 30 per week (part-time considered) 8 weeks Temporary
Pay:14 per hour
Our client in Stroud is seeking a Temporary Accounts Assistant to provide support during the rollout of a new finance system. The role combines general administration with finance tasks, with a strong focus on accurate data entry.
Key responsibilities include:

Entering and checking data across the new system

Posting invoices and reconciling with stock and purchase orders

Assisting with general administrative duties within the finance team

Maintaining accurate records and supporting a smooth system transition
Key Skills:
-
Previous administration and accounts experience is desirable

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively

A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
-
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
