Programme Analyst
Location: Gloucester Business Park
Pay Rate: 20.50 per hour
Hours: Full-time 37 hours Monday- Friday
Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Analyst to join the Nuclear Skills Alliance (NSA) team, based at Gloucester Business Park.
The successful applicant will provide high-quality administrative and analytical support for the Nuclear Skills Alliance and associated training programmes, helping to drive continuous improvement across training activities and performance.
Role Purpose
As a Programme Analyst, you will play a vital role in analysing and reporting on training and performance data to support decision-making within the Nuclear Skills Alliance. You will work closely with Training Specialists and training management to deliver accurate insights, reports, and data packs that inform key committees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate and produce reports in line with defined reporting cycles.
- Collate, analyse, and report on training and performance data, plans, and trends.
- Produce quarterly organisational learning reports and key metrics for oversight committees.
- Prepare and manage data packs for key performance and training oversight committees.
- Respond to ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests.
- Implement changes to the architecture of training roles within My Learning Hub (the company's Learning Management and Training Compliance System).
- Create, update, and end-date roles in My Learning Hub, including preparation activities.
- Identify and investigate potential issues or errors within the My Learning Hub structure.
- Maintain and update training records accurately.
- Identify opportunities to enhance value and efficiency through effective data analysis.
Skills and Qualifications
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong report writing and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and influencing abilities.
- Highly organised and able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) - full training will be provided.
