What you’ll be doing:

  • Processing supplier invoices and managing payments
  • Reconciling statements and resolving invoice queries
  • Assisting with general finance administration
  • Supporting basic HR admin tasks such as updating records and preparing documentation
  • Contributing to a collaborative and positive team environment

What we’re looking for:

  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous accounts experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Willingness to learn and support both finance and HR functions
