Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electrical components and systems, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of electrical systems and demonstrate proficiency in using various hand and power tools.
Duties
- Assemble electrical components and systems according to technical specifications and schematics.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete assembly tasks.
- Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to ensure proper functionality of assembled products.
- Correcting defects.
- Building electrical circuits
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Skills
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and components, with relevant electrical experience preferred.
- Soldering skills essential due to the nature of the role.
- Wiring and crimping
- Reading and interpreting drawings.
- Mechanical knowledge to assist in the assembly of complex systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality workmanship in all tasks performed.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team .
