Robert Half are partnering with a leading manufacturing business in Studley, Warwickshire to recruit a Finance Manager. This is a key role supporting site performance, with a focus on accurate costing, insightful analysis, and operational collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain standard costing processes

  • Support new product costing and cost rollovers

  • Analyse product cost variances and drive improvements

  • Partner with operations to identify cost-saving opportunities

  • Contribute to month-end close, reporting, and forecasting

  • Deliver financial insights to support strategic decisions

Your Profile:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

  • Strong background in manufacturing/industrial finance

  • Excellent standard costing and analysis experience

  • Proactive, hands-on, and confident working cross-functionally

  • Strong Excel skills and effective communicator
