Are you a numbers-driven problem solver who loves diving into data to drive smart, strategic decisions? We're partnering with a fast-growing, purpose-led organisation in the services sector that's on the lookout for a Finance Analyst to support their expanding acquisition pipeline.

This is a rare chance to step into a commercially focused, forward-facing finance role with real influence. You'll be working directly with senior leaders on exciting acquisition activity-from initial analysis and valuation modelling to presenting key insights that shape multi-million-pound decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Analyse financials and market data of potential acquisitions to assess value, risk, and fit
  • Build financial models and forecasts to support valuations and deal recommendations
  • Prepare compelling presentations for senior leadership, helping shape M&A strategy
  • Support due diligence reviews alongside legal and external advisers
  • Track the performance of previous acquisitions and assist with post-deal analysis
  • Help monitor the deal pipeline and assist with project management of active deals
  • Collaborate across finance, legal, operations, and tax to ensure smooth execution

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified or part-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with at least 2 years' experience in finance
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills (PowerPoint proficiency a bonus!)
  • Detail-obsessed with excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Commercially curious with a desire to learn about markets and industry dynamics
  • A natural collaborator who can explain finance to non-finance people
  • M&A experience is great-but not essential. Training will be provided!
