• Taking an active role in audits from planning through to finalisation
• Leading smaller audit assignments and supporting larger audit teams
• Reviewing the work of junior colleagues and helping to guide their development
• Collaborating with clients to build strong relationships and resolve queries
• Using software such as IRIS, Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks efficiently
• Handling your workload independently and communicating progress to managers
• Getting involved with accounts prep, tax compliance, and VAT returns
• Supporting ad hoc projects and contributing to the wider success of the firm

• ACA / ACCA part-qualified or actively studying
• Prior audit experience in a UK practice
• Qualified by experience also considered
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Ability to manage your own workload and deadlines
• Experience with popular accounting software (e.g. Xero, IRIS, Sage)
• A willingness to learn, contribute, and grow professionally
• Strong attention to detail and a client-focused mindset
