Job Requirements- Taking an active role in audits from planning through to finalisation
- Leading smaller audit assignments and supporting larger audit teams
- Reviewing the work of junior colleagues and helping to guide their development
- Collaborating with clients to build strong relationships and resolve queries
- Using software such as IRIS, Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks efficiently
- Handling your workload independently and communicating progress to managers
- Getting involved with accounts prep, tax compliance, and VAT returns
- Supporting ad hoc projects and contributing to the wider success of the firm

- ACA / ACCA part-qualified or actively studying
- Prior audit experience in a UK practice
- Qualified by experience also considered
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to manage your own workload and deadlines
- Experience with popular accounting software (e.g. Xero, IRIS, Sage)
- A willingness to learn, contribute, and grow professionally
- Strong attention to detail and a client-focused mindset
