Key Areas of Responsibility:
As a Production Glass Blower, your role will involve:
- Cutting glass at the workbench with a keen focus on minimising wastage. ??
- Hand finishing products to meet our high-quality control specifications.
- Ensuring a safe working environment by strictly adhering to health and safety procedures. ??
Experience and Skills:
Essential:
- Proven experience working with various types of glass, including fine fluted, clear, and coloured.
- Familiarity with bench work and laith work.
- Good numeracy skills to ensure precision.
- Ability to work independently after the training period.
Desirable:
- Experience in a production environment.
- Work Schedule:
- 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday.
