Job Title: Support Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, and emotional behavior disorders. The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting independence, well-being, and social inclusion, while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Location: Sudbury

Hours: Flexi - Days, nights, Weekends
Shifts: Monday - Sunday (Flexi shifts ) - You choose your shifts
Pay: £13.00 to £17.00 per hour (Depending on shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centered care and support tailored to the individual needs of children and young adults with Autism, learning disabilities, and emotional behavior challenges.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration (where appropriate and trained).
• Support educational and developmental goals by assisting with learning activities, communication, and social skills.
• Encourage positive behavior and implement behavior support plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and families.
