Our client, a specialist travel organisation based in Suffolk, are looking to expand their sales support department and add a Sales Administrator to their small and friendly team. This is a very busy role and will suit those looking for a varied and fast-paced position within the travel sector, where no two days are the same!

Previous sales support or administration experience, ideally gained within the travel sector, is needed for the role, along with strong customer service skills and a positive and pro-active approach.

Role of Travel Sales Administrator:

  • Supporting the sales team making bookings
  • Sending receipts & tickets
  • Managing files and general office invoicing
  • Making amendments
  • Assisting customers with any post booking queries.
  • Providing pre-departure advice and post trip follow ups

Skills required for the role:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the travel industry - advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good knowledge of travel CRM systems - advantageous
  • First class organisation and commuication skills
