Join a leading engineering manufacturer where your role will sit at the heart of the action – supporting quotations, liaising with sales and production teams, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do as the Sales Administrator:Support the Sales and Engineering teams with customer quotations and costings
Liaise with Procurement and Production teams to gather accurate information for bespoke projects
Use ERP systems to manage BOMs (Bill on Materials), routings, and customer orders
Assist with engineering change processes and ensure systems are updated accurately
Be involved in weekly quality reviews and continuous improvement activities
A Sales Administrator or Coordinator with experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
Someone confident interpreting technical drawings and handling complex customer enquiries
Strong Excel/Outlook skills and comfortable using ERP/MRP systems
A team player with great communication skills and attention to detail
Up to £33,000 salary (DOE)Â
