Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our nursery team, working with children aged 3-4 years old. This role is crucial in supporting the early development and learning of our youngest pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities.
  • Support the class teacher in creating a safe and stimulating learning environment.
  • Provide individual and group support to children, fostering their social, emotional, and educational development.
  • Help with the preparation of learning materials and resources.
  • Monitor and record the progress of children, providing feedback to the teacher and parents.
  • Ensure the health and safety of children at all times.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Experience working with nursery-aged children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
