A Medium-sized Freight Forwarder is seeking an Air/Sea Import Operator with solid experience in Air and Sea Imports from start to finish.
The ideal candidate should have good CDS experience and possess excellent customer service skills.
Key responsibilities include handling quotes, setting up new accounts, managing emails, raising customs entries, and ensuring customs compliance.
The role requires previous Import Air/Sea experience and offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 9am to 5:30pm with some flexibility.
Salary is dependent on experience, and candidates will be notified if their application is unsuccessful within 7 days.

We are working with a Medium sized Freight Forwarder who has an exciting opportunity for an Air/Sea Import Operator.

Our client is looking for a professional individual with solid experience with Air, Sea Imports start to finish experience, good CDS experience, along with 1st class customer service experience.

Role Involves:

Dealing with quotes requests.
Setting up new accounts.
Email management.
Raising Customs Entries
Dealing with all customs compliance.
Issuing and correctly detailing collection and delivery notes.
Arranging collections for Airline Sheds.
Booking Deliveries in line with customer requirements.
Dealing with all invoicing.

Previous Import Air/ Sea experience required for the role.

Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm with flexibility when needed.

Salary depends on experience.
