Youll undertake research and experimental testing of the electrical, acoustic and mechanical systems relating to ultrasonic sensor technology.
Applications are sought from Research Physicists & Instrumentation Engineers who hold a PhD with content relating to Ultrasonic Transducer technology and supported by a Masters Degree in a subject such as Acoustics, Physics or Instrumentation.
The Transducer Engineer should bring experience of the following:
- Proven experience in Ultrasonic Transducer design.
- Piezoelectric component level design.
- Commercial FEA modelling skills.
- Multiphysics.
- Sensor technology.
- Electro-acoustics.
- Design for high reliability applications.
