Mechanical Intsallations Manager required to assist with the final stages of the refurbishment of a warehouse building in Sunbury-On-Thames.
The role will entail overseeing the mechanical contractor who are installing plumbing (toilet areas), heating and air conditioning units. The mechancal manager will be required to complete daily progress reports, take photographs and enter information into the O&M Manual ready for client handover at the end of November.
Experience of managing commercial mechanical projects is essential.
