Sales Administrator Sunbury on Thames£25K - £27K per annum
Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their friendly team in Sunbury. You will be responsible for Sales Processing, Administration and Customer Service support. You will:
- Manage and distribute all incoming calls
- Manage customer queries and orders, following through to resolution and completion
- Process sales orders into the company sales system
- Produce and distribute customer invoices
- Proactively check sales order progress and liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Manage the shared inbox and action requests and orders
- Handle technical product and repair queries
- Assist and support the sales team with general day- to-day sales orders and queries
- Update and maintain the customer database
- Prepare monthly sales commission figures
- Organise all freight bookings
- Prepare the team monthly expenses and produce reports
- Assist Sales & Logistics Co-ordinator with sales related activities including stock checking and control
- Assist Operations Manager with administration tasks
- Carry out other duties which may be reasonably required
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience within a Sales Administrative role
- Have working knowledge on ODOO ERP and Microsoft office
- Adopt a pleasant, professional and positive manner with all customers
- Demonstrate professional conduct at all times, recognising the importance of teamwork, building and maintaining effective working relationships with all colleagues and customers
- Have the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Have excellent organisation skills with a good understanding of how to prioritise their workload
- Have strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
- Be a practical thinker with a natural ability to problem solve
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
