The Role:
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end air freight export process, ensuring that shipments are handled smoothly, compliantly, and to the highest customer service standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Handling air export operations from start to finish
Preparing and completing customs entries
Liaising with airlines, customers, and overseas partners
Ensuring all shipments are compliant with regulations and deadlines
Preparing export documentation and arranging collections/deliveries
Maintaining accurate records and providing updates to clients
About You:
We're looking for someone who has:
At least 2 years' experience in air freight export operations
Strong knowledge of customs procedures and entries
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage the full operational process independently
Dangerous goods experience/certification (advantageous but not essential)
