Warehouse & Delivery Operative – Sunbury/Colnbrook

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Operative with driving responsibilities to join our clients team, operating between their Sunbury and Colnbrook sites.

This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of warehouse duties and being out on the road. You’ll split your time between supporting warehouse operations and making deliveries, so flexibility and a proactive attitude are key.

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver goods accurately and on time while maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Complete delivery documentation and ensure accurate records are uploaded.
  • Load and unload goods safely, ensuring all shipments are secured properly.
  • Follow all company procedures, including health & safety and security protocols.
  • Report vehicle defects and maintain general cleanliness of the van.
  • Liaise with external security companies and provide accurate shipment details.
  • Assist with warehouse operations and support colleagues when needed.
  • Use Excel and other Microsoft Office programs to log data and track shipments.
  • Undertake general admin duties and help maintain records for the department.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Previous experience in a warehouse/delivery role.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
