Job Description:
A newly created role for a Head of Supply Chain to lead and develop a high-performing supply chain function, covering procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics, and 3PL. The Head of Supply Chain will be pivotal in aligning strategy with operational excellence across demand planning, S&OP, supplier performance, and cost optimisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution
- Driving S&OP and stakeholder alignment
- Enhancing supplier relationships and negotiating optimal contracts
- Implementing demand planning tools and data-driven solutions
- Managing warehouse and transport operations
- Delivering sustainability and compliance objectives
Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in supply chain leadership within FMCG
- Background in logistics, procurement, planning, and 3PL
- ERP and analytics expertise
- Excellent commercial acumen, team leadership, and project delivery
- Degree in Business, Logistics or related discipline preferred
