A leading financial advisory business are looking to hire an experienced Paraplanner to join their team in Sunderland for a paraplanning Team Leader role. Whilst continuing as a hands-on Paraplanner, this is an excellent opportunity for somebody looking to continue or step up into a more leadership-focussed role, ensuring strong team morale along with day-to-day involvement in process and performance management. Duties include:

  • Set clear team goals and KPIs at the beginning of each month
  • Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance
  • Liaise with the wider management team effectively
  • Work collaboratively with advisers and other internal stakeholders
  • Research appropriate solutions from the market effectively using qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Use in-house and external financial planning tools such as cash flow modelling and cost comparisons tools
  • Prepare personalised client facing written communications such as suitability reports, letters and annual review reports clearly and professionally
