Requirements
- Minimum 1 years experience as a Chef Manager.
- Confident managing all aspects of kitchen operations while maintaining high standards
- Able to thrive in large-scale catering environments
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene, allergen management, and kitchen paperwork
- Valid food safety and hygiene certifications
- Professional communication skills and a team-focused approach
