Responsibilities:
- Set up and programme CNC Turning machines for precision tasks
- Monitor operations, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Conduct inspections to meet tolerances and standards
- Maintain tools and equipment for optimal performance
- Document production data and machine settings
- Adhere to safety protocols and troubleshoot machine issues
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Proficiency in CNC programming and operation
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Experience with CAD/CAM software
- Commitment to safety and quality
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Familiarity with GD&T principles
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
