Regional Customer Service Support AdministratorSunderland37 hours per weekUp to £12.21 - 12.61 per hour DOEWorking in partnership with Northern Powergrid, We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Support Administrator to be part of the Business Support team which is described as ‘the engine room’ of the regional operation.? If you are a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering a 10/10 experience for your customers, we would love to hear from you.37 hours, Monday to Friday, 8.30 to 4.40 - Flexi Time / Agile working maybe offered once a probation period has ended.Providing administrative support to the Field Operations regional teams that have colleagues based both in our offices and out on site.Duties include:
  • You will be responsible for general admin duties to support our business and our internal and external customers
  • Processing purchase orders and service provider payments
  • Working on our in-house systems and applications and utilising all Microsoft office products
  • Database management and record keeping
  • Liaising with internal colleagues, contractors, local authority and customers
  • Production of documentation/work instructions
  • Identifying new and improving current processes to support our colleagues and customers
  • Building strong relationships across our teams
