In this role, you'll work with learners across a range of levels, delivering engaging practical and theory-based sessions while supporting them through their qualifications and into employment.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced electrician with a Level 3 qualification and a passion for developing others.

The Role
- Delivering electrical training across theory, practical skills, and safety
- Teaching learners at different stages (study programmes, apprentices, commercial learners)
- Full support, induction, and ongoing development provided
- Preparing learners for industry, assessments, and employment
- Monday-Friday, 08:30-16:30
The Person
- Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation
- Strong industry background in electrical installation/maintenance
- Passionate about supporting and developing learners
- Strong communication and organisational skills
