Key responsibilities:
- Review client information to build a complete picture of their personal and financial situation
- Evaluate 'Know Your Client' data to identify any gaps or risks that may affect advice suitability
- Collaborate with advisers and internal teams to ensure smooth processes and good client outcomes
- Assess and analyse clients' existing arrangements for ongoing suitability
- Conduct thorough research using a range of software, tools, and provider platforms
- Use cash-flow modelling and cost comparison tools effectively and appropriately
- Generate accurate quotes and prepare comprehensive client-facing documentation, including suitability reports and review letters
- Maintain complete and compliant client files, ensuring clear audit trails throughout
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulations
- Adhere to internal and regulatory procedures at all times
- Mentor and support junior team members through feedback and peer review
