Key responsibilities:

  • Review client information to build a complete picture of their personal and financial situation
  • Evaluate 'Know Your Client' data to identify any gaps or risks that may affect advice suitability
  • Collaborate with advisers and internal teams to ensure smooth processes and good client outcomes
  • Assess and analyse clients' existing arrangements for ongoing suitability
  • Conduct thorough research using a range of software, tools, and provider platforms
  • Use cash-flow modelling and cost comparison tools effectively and appropriately
  • Generate accurate quotes and prepare comprehensive client-facing documentation, including suitability reports and review letters
  • Maintain complete and compliant client files, ensuring clear audit trails throughout
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulations
  • Adhere to internal and regulatory procedures at all times
  • Mentor and support junior team members through feedback and peer review
