In this role, you'll work with learners across a range of levels, delivering engaging practical and theory-based sessions while supporting them through their qualifications and into employment.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced electrician with a Level 3 qualification and a passion for developing others.

• Delivering electrical training across theory, practical skills, and safety
• Teaching learners at different stages (study programmes, apprentices, commercial learners)
• Full support, induction, and ongoing development provided
• Preparing learners for industry, assessments, and employment
• Monday-Friday, 08:30-16:30

• Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation
• Strong industry background in electrical installation/maintenance
• Passionate about supporting and developing learners
• Strong communication and organisational skills
