Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and safety of the premises.

• Coordinate repairs and improvements.

• Manage building services and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Supervise cleaning and security staff.

• Maintain records of inspections and repairs.

• Ensure energy efficiency and sustainability practices are followed.

Person Specifications
Must Have

• Experience in facilities management or a related field.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

• Strong organizational and management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Eligibility to work in the UK.

• Valid driving license.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with local councils or public sector.

• Relevant professional qualifications or certifications.
