Job Responsibilities:

• You will handle all inbound and outbound calls.
• You will ensure all customer queries are dealt with in an effective, accurate and timely manner.
• You will accurately capture data from calls to assist the management team in the production of reports.
• The role involves talking to customers over the phone about how we can enhance their digital lives and discuss the right products for them.

Hourly rate:

£12.05 per hour rising to £12.34 per hour at 9 months in role

£23,504 rising to £24,064 at 9 months in role, plus uncapped commission
