About the Role

Are you a results-driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and managing the full sales cycle? We're looking for a dynamic Sales Agent to take ownership of the entire sales process - from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing.

In this role, you'll be both hunter and closer - identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and ensuring client satisfaction. You'll work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive revenue growth for Sunderland.



Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and social selling.

  • The sales agent will be responsible for the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Provide market feedback to improve offerings and service delivery.



About You

  • Proven experience in a sales agent role or full-cycle sales role (B2B or B2C).

  • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and closing skills.

  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment.

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools.

  • A team player who can also work independently.
