BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Temporary Payroll Manager to join their client’s team in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear. You will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.This role is instrumental in providing support and guidance to junior members of the team. Key benefits:

About the role:
  • Lead a team of 4
  • Support with the implementation of a new payroll system
  • Manage the organisations end to end in house payroll service with high levels of accuracy
  • Support the wider people team in implementing organisation wide payroll policies and procedures
About you:
  • Proven experience as a payroll manager, with experience of supporting a team
  • Experience of managing end to end payroll in a large organisation,
  • Knowledge of statutory payroll and HMRC regulations
  • Immediately available or available on one weeks’ notice
