We are looking for a technical support assistant to support our wonderful team at Sunderland Care and Support. This is an amazing opportunity for support agents/assistant.
Requirment:
- Relevant qualification, or equivalent, or working experience within the relevant discipline
- Relevant working experience within the service area and of operational practices including statutory,legislative requirements and various terms and conditions.
- Understanding and production of performance, data & information.
- Act as a point of contact for other team members in relation to technical and quality assurance issues.
- Candidte needs to be UK resident or have valid right to work in UK
