Works Coordinator
- Hourly Rate: 16.21 PAYE per hour
- Location: Doxford Park - hybrid working (3 days onsite / 2 days from home)
- Job Type: Temporary (Up to 12 weeks with possible extension)

Day-to-day of the role:
- Support Contract Managers with key administrative activities for contractor delivery, focusing on specialist M&E works.
- Contact and liaise with customers and contractors to schedule appointment visits.
- Raise and close work orders within Housing Management systems.
- Ensure accurate updating of systems and databases with servicing and supporting information.
- Create and update reports and works schedules to enable Contract Managers to monitor programme delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Highly developed administration skills with proficiency in all Microsoft packages and in-house systems.
- Background in a Social Housing environment.
- Experience using Housing Management Systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving abilities in sourcing external services and material solutions.
- Awareness and risk assessment of queries and escalation.
