Domiciliary Care Supervisor

Pay: £13.77 per hour

Location: Office and Field Based in Sunderland and Washington

Hours: Part Time and Full Time Available, however flexibility is a core requirement.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be reviewing and assessing the work of our care workers and providing feedback for further training and development as and where required.
  • You will be completing person centred assessments for service users and typing care plans.
  • On call duties as part of a rotation. Providing support and guidance to care workers and clients. This role does include on call duties as part of a rota. You will have the on call telephone for 7 full days. Rotation of the on call is currently one in every three weeks, further information regarding the rotation of on call can be discussed on interview. You receive an enhancement to your wage for on call duties.
  • Ensure high quality care services are provided to clients living in their own home.
  • Cover care calls when required, flexibility is a core requirement within this role.

Requirements

  • Driving Licence and your own vehicle
  • NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care
