This role is ideal for confident educators who can quickly adapt to new environments, deliver engaging lessons, and manage classroom behaviour effectively. All prospective candidates are subject to Right to Work checks and must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.

The desired Supply Teacher will have:

• Experience of working with secondary and primary school aged children in schools.
• Experience of working with pupils with SEND.
• A passion for the progress of SEND primary and secondary school pupils.
• An ability to work as part of a team.
• An ability to build rapport quickly with students
• Key qualities such as: Patience, Sympathetic, Strong-willed
